How to Structure an Evidence-Based Paper

An evidence-based paper is an argument supported by sources, not a summary of sources. Introduce the problem and why it matters, describe what the evidence says grouped by theme, evaluate the strength of that evidence honestly, then state what should change in practice and why. Every claim about practice should be traceable to a source or clearly flagged as your own reasoning.
